Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long it takes

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 5 business days
• Tier 2 and tier 3 cities: 5 to 8 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7 to 12 business days

These are estimates and may vary with courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order across India. Any charge that ever applies would be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can follow the shipment on the courier's website.

Delays and lost shipments

Kaelo is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural events, or an incorrect address given at checkout. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, write to thekaelostore@gmail.com and we will help.
