Kaelo operates this website and sells ambient lighting and home decor from it. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why, and who else handles it.

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details you type at checkout: your name, email address, mobile number and shipping address.
• Order details: the items you bought, the amount, and your order reference.
• Basic technical information your browser sends to our host, such as IP address, for security and to keep the site running.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment information is entered directly on Razorpay's secure form and is handled by Razorpay, not by us.

Why we collect it

To take payment, pack and ship your order, keep you updated about it, answer your questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who else handles it

• Razorpay Software Private Limited processes payments and receives the details needed to do so, including your name, email, phone and order amount.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and the database holding your order.
• Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to service the order and to satisfy accounting and tax requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to thekaelostore@gmail.com and we will respond.

Cookies and local storage

This site keeps your shopping cart in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. That stays on your device. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
